Mr. Greg Wallace is Nifty after Fifty’s Chief Financial Officer.  He joins Nifty after Fifty while serving as a partner in Wallace & Asher LLC, a prominent Los Angeles accounting firm since 1985. Mr. Walllace has engaged in valuation of professional practices and other closely-held businesses.  

He is an experienced financial forecaster, and has participated in the negotiation of merger and acquisition transactions ranging from $4 million to $230 million.   Mr. Wallace holds an M.S. in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, and he is Accredited in Business Valuation.
