All Nifty after Fifty memberships are on a month-to-month basis and no contracts! All memberships feature a custom-tailored exercise program that will be designed just for you at your first visit. Plus, all new members receive a free fitness assessment that tests and analyzes: Flexibility, Strength, Body Fat, Mobility, Endurance, Balance, and Blood Pressure (A $150 value).
Our unique approach to fitness can produce dramatic results in just 6-8 weeks. Our college-degreed fitness coaches and specialized equipment and programs are designed to restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness, health, and independence. Quan graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. He has worked with various age groups, but returned to working with seniors in 2005 and has been working with them ever since. “I enjoy the appreciation I get when I help this age group. I love to hear about their great life stories and tries to use their experiences to improve myself.”

Fitness Coach – Chelsea
Chelsea graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Gerokinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. She also has a FallProof Certification. She started working with seniors when she took an internship for balance & mobility and fell in love with this line of work. "I love helping others and getting to see people progress right in front of my eyes - hearing them tell about the things they can now do that they couldn't before. They appreciate what I do for them and that makes my work worthwhile."

Fitness Coach – Madison
Madison attended the University of La Verne where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Movement and Sports Science. She saw the adverse effects that aging had on her Grandmother and wanted a career where assisting others physically was her main objective. "I have always taken my health very seriously. I take pride in knowing that what I do allows people to regain the strength and mobility that they desire."

Doug graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Cal State Fullerton with an emphasis in Gerokinesiology. He is currently working on his Master’s Degree at Cal State Fullerton with an emphasis in Biomechanics. "I love hearing stories about how exercise has affected a person’s life. Knowing that I played a role in someone’s success is very valuable to me. Hearing these types of stories keeps me motivated to find different strategies to help someone succeed."
