Nifty after Fifty Membership Information

All Nifty after Fifty memberships are on a month-to-month basis  and no contracts! All memberships feature a custom-tailored exercise program that will be designed just for you at your first visit. Plus, all new members receive a free fitness assessment that tests and analyzes: Flexibility, Strength, Body Fat, Mobility, Endurance, Balance, and Blood Pressure (A $150 value).

Our unique approach to fitness can produce dramatic results in just 6-8 weeks.  Our college-degreed fitness coaches and specialized equipment and programs are designed to restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness, health, and independence. We encourage you to come tour our wellness center and see everything Nifty after Fifty has to offer.
